Pilgrim utilizes 41 years of professional experience to provide in-service care for diabetics and offer outreach and dietary education to mentally disabled individuals in residential settings. Additionally, she oversees the prenatal care of diabetic women. Ms. Pilgrim holds a master of science in public health administration and a bachelor of science in nutrition and dietetics. A member of the American Dietetic Association and District SEIU's Training & Upgrading Fund, she finds the most gratifying aspects of her career to be successfully dealing with patients' healthcare issues and utilizing her varied healthcare experiences to create professional longevity. Outside of work, Ms. Pilgrim enjoys organizing events and activities for her local church.
